My Story

" One Person Can Help Change A Life, Even Save A Life With Just One Phone Call. Fearlessly Seeking Solutions. That's What I do."

#thepowerofone

I grew up in Idaho where I learned the values of hard work and integrity by “always doing the right thing.” Living in a small community, I saw my parents continuously exemplify love for others and our community. After graduating from high school, I wanted to see the world and immediately joined the United States Air Force. I dedicated 3 years working in Air Force Intelligence and was stationed at Fort Devens Massachusetts, Cory Station in Pensacola Florida and then finished my enlistment at a Royal AFB in England.

After honorably discharging from the Air Force I, worked for the Intermountain Healthcare – Pocatello Regional Medical Center and Blue Cross of Idaho prior to taking a position with the Department of Veterans Affairs – Vet Center. My passion was ignited to help serve those who serve and protect our country, our veterans deserve the respect and dignity of receiving proper access to the best resources to help them thrive in life.

I completed my MBA in Healthcare Administration, I spent several years in the healthcare industry. My passion and expertise branched out into in operations both in facilities and medical offices, healthcare administration, marketing, and business development. As a result of my hard work collaborating with doctor’s offices, acute care hospitals, military bases, veterans resources, psychiatric and behavioral hospitals I have created unlimited credibility within the Las Vegas and southwest region medical community.

Being a faithful woman, I firmly believe that divine intervention often plays a big part in connecting veterans and others with long, lost relatives, and life changing resources. A story I hold close to my heart is of a homeless, blind, female veteran who was rescued from the streets by the Henderson Police Department. I was able to help connect her, and her sight dog, with Arnold Stalk’s Veteran’s Village. He provided her a small apartment 5 steps away from a dog park for her fur buddy with food and medical resources too. It really shows how powerful and valuable it is to connect with the right people, it can truly make a huge difference in someone’s life, jumping in at exactly the right time.

I believe God simply uses me as a conduit, by putting me exactly where I need to be when I need to be there to do His work. I am blessed with faith, love of family, a tribe of like-minded colleagues and friends, and our community outreach that exemplifies living a purpose-filled life.
